I really have to brag on their customer service. First of all product is awesome my boys loved it! I ordered my custom seed sacks for my boys with last name and numbers.The day after I placed my order one of my sons jersey number changed. I did contact to try to change my order but it was already processed. Anyway after receiving them one of the colors was wrong. I sent a quick email with picture and was followed up by customer service the next day. They told me they would correct it and send me the new one. He also asked would I like to get the correct number that I had emailed about. I told him no that the wrong color was for my other son and the number was correct. That wouldn’t be fair for them to send another replacement for the one they had correct it was my fault the jersey number got changed or technically the coaches fault but not seed sacks mistake or problem. So 4 days later I received 2 new seed sacks both correct pinstripes and with both correct numbers. I was so excited and have to give this company a 5 star review for going above and beyond when they didn’t have to and wasn’t even their mistake. Thanks so much both of my boys teams thought these were the coolest things. To impress teenagers is hard to do!!!
